Thanks! I'm hoping the numbers get better in November. I passed on a deal on Saturday. Any idea what highest build-out cash has been on an outgoing 7er in the past. Is it ever >$5000? 66% on residual is also nice and high. I doubt that will go up.

I don't track historical information, so can't tell you the highest incentives I've seen.

They said the cap cost was $80k and change

Do you know the residual percentage? $1,000 is a bit high for this car at this time when they are trying to dispose these 2015 models fast.

24/10 residual is 64%, so $36,000 of depreciation on a $100K MSRP in 24 months, or $1500/mo.

The depreciation is Cap cost - residual which is 80k-64k =16k or 666/mo/ Lease payment should be $666+ financing cost. Your cap cost must be more than 80k for $1,000 pm to make sense. I think $1,000 pm is high. Check my e-mail message.

However, the .00131 MF adds another $189/mo to the lease payment, then add tax to that. Maybe not $1K, but certainly over $900/mo easily.

You're right .. wasn't thinking straight when I posted my earlier message. Long weekend, too much turkey ... However, the .00131 MF adds another $189/mo to the lease payment, then add tax to that. Maybe not $1K, but certainly over $900/mo easily.

The deal still makes sense. Your $666 payment plus around $189/mo for MF plus around $80/mo for drive offs  is $935/mo. Plus my 7% sales tax brings it to $1000/mo. 

The end deal I ended up getting was $1000 down and $1000 a month so total $24k over the term of the lease which is spot on. 

Let me know if that makes sense.

It is a good deal, specially because you will love the car. 2016 model is not that much improvement when you get a loaded 2015 model (as you did). I love my 2015 750Li which has almost all bells and whistles (except massaging seats and rear seat package and night time pedestrian detection).
