I get $372/mo.+ tax., so if tax rate is around 6%, it's about right.

Not sure why you have to pay tax upfront (unless it's on a rebate, maybe?).

That's a big honking dealer fee.... I'll guess you are in Florida. You have to balance that against the selling price, though.. which seems very low.

The $795 is for Dealer fee ($545 + $250 Document fee).

As far as the selling price; what I'm trying to get is the dealer to do Invoice $36,789 - $539 discount from invoice for leasing two vehicles - $2,750 lease incentive - $500 loyalty spitted in two vehicles. I don't think I'm asking much right?

The difference is just $219.18 over the term of the lease. They also threw in the all weather mats, and trunk protector, which alone is more than that, so I'm ok with it.
