    I guess that's a 39mo, 15K/yr lease?

I get $372/mo.+ tax., so if tax rate is around 6%, it's about right.

Not sure why you have to pay tax upfront (unless it's on a rebate, maybe?).

That's a big honking dealer fee.... I'll guess you are in Florida. You have to balance that against the selling price, though.. which seems very low.

    Yes, it is a 39mo, 15k/yr lease.

Yes, the tax I'm using is 6%

I don't know about the tax up front.

The $795 is for Dealer fee ($545 + $250 Document fee).

As far as the selling price; what I'm trying to get is the dealer to do Invoice $36,789 - $539 discount from invoice for leasing two vehicles - $2,750 lease incentive - $500 loyalty spitted in two vehicles. I don't think I'm asking much right?

Unfortunately I was unable to finalize a deal yesterday; are the December numbers the same or will they vary? Also; when do the new December incentives will be posted?

.00015 MF with your numbers gets me $394.64/mo pre-tax and $418.31/mo with 6% tax.

Why does the residual value have two decimal places - 39/15 residual for the 2015 Q40 RWD is 52%

    $423.93 - $418.31; I'm not too far off.

As far as the decimals; there is no % on the contract, just the amount shows as $20,592 for residual and the MSRP is $40,000.

Interesting about the residual % being absent on the paperwork.

And I would agree that $5-6 difference isn't all that much.

The difference is just $219.18 over the term of the lease. They also threw in the all weather mats, and trunk protector, which alone is more than that, so I'm ok with it.

Thanks for all your responses, you've been very helpful!!
