Am I getting a good deal on the Ford Explorer XLT?

Hey all,
Attached is sale info sheet for a lease on the XLT 4WD 200A 12k 36mo.
Numbers on the left are worked out for financing, so may not tell the lease story.
Rebates are $3250 and includes WearCare for $355/mo.
Seems OK, just wondering.
NJ sales tax is 7%.
APR .75%
Residual 55%

We show the same list price of $35,795.

Our True Market Value number, after rebates, is coming in at $32,522 (vs. your $34,358). That's for an Essex Fells, NJ zip code.

Seems like I'm missing $2,000 on your selling price (I'm not seeing that high of an incentive either). You may want to get some more quotes and aim for a TMV of $34,000 before rebates.

Someone else will have to address your lease numbers.
