I get $679/mo with those numbers (59% and .00128), assuming the $3K goes to up front costs and fees.

I got this offer from a dealer. First the dealer is cutting me a check for 3150 to pay off my Mercedes lease which is at mileage now. So rather than invest in purchased mile or tires, giving back 5 months early.

.00128 and 58% for 36/12. Using your MSRP and selling price, I get a payment of $747.86 before tax.

So ... either the MF is marked up, or the net cap cost is higher than the selling price. Gotta find out which - could be both.

If I were you, I'd also take the time to find out the payoff and trade value of the Mercedes ... them "paying off" the remaining payments may not be a good deal for you.

Thanks, Already looked, my payoff is garbage, 5, 000 above what its trade value. No one will touch it. The extra miles would cost me 2k, tires, brakes 1.5k, not worth it.

Is your calculation with the 3,150 the dealer is cutting me back. And how would the Net Cap cost be be higher.

My calculation used the MSRP and selling price you provided. Net cap may be different if you're rolling in bank fee, dealer fee, etc.

MF is marked way up .. base this month is .00134 (.00085 after MSD).

Using the base rate of .00134, I get $884/mo. With MSD reduction, $830/mo.

Dealer is allowed to mark up the MF ... tell them (politely but firmly) that you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.

Reach out to multiple dealers ... only takes one to make a deal on your terms.

Hello, I am looking for the MF and Residual for a 2015 BMW X5 xDrive 35d for a lease term of 36 months for both 10k and 12k miles a year. Also any additional incentives besides the $2k buildout and $1k grad discounts?

I see no other incentives other than the $2K buildout.
