3 yr/10,000 or 12,000 miles.

I'm looking to lease a 2015 528i in NC. I am interested in one that has the cold weather package, driver assist package, and luxury line package. MSRP is 56,250. I want to do a 36 month lease and have 12k miles annually. What is a reasonable monthly payment? I've always driven Mercedes, so I"m not familiar with BMW's. Any insight is appreciated.

61% and .00130 are the lease numbers. 

You should target 5-7% off sticker as your selling price. 

MSDs are available- 7 at .00007 reduction each.
