Lease deal for 2015 Genesis

I was offered the following deal and checking to see if it was decent. I have included the offer below. The lease is for 36/15K, 1st months payment due at signing. They are also paying my last two Acura lease payments. Thanks.

The money factor and residual are correct (.00041 and 57%).

What stands out to me...

There is $1500 lease cash on this model, yet they are only giving you $2080 off MSRP. $580 off MSRP seems very weak on a Hyundai.

The deal sheet shows $4000 due at signing, not just 1st payment... Where does the $4000 come from?

Ah... I see that now. Do you have some sort of customer loyalty, to go along with the $1500 lease cash?

They mentioned something about competitor lease cash, but I didn't ask for a breakdown of the rebates.  Thanks for the help.
