I have a quote for the same vehicle minus the drivers assistance package but add the illuminated kick plates for $44,089. The MSRP is $49,490 and the invoice is $46,272

Just got a 2015 QX60 AWD with the Premium package only:

MSRP: $46,345
Sales Price: $43,410

I had to work in a lease turn-in as well, so they may have given me more for the trade-in that was actually money off of the sticker price. If not, I could probably have gotten a better sales price.

Hi,

Would someone please provide the MF on a 2015 QX60 AWD? Also, if you know what the residual is and if there are any promos, cash back or other incentives, I would appreciate it. Last, I think the 39 month lease is the sweet spot for them this month, right? If so, please base it on that with 15K miles. Thank you very much.

Internet Sales manager quoted me $49k MSRP for 2015 QX60 with Prem. Plus, Theater, Drivers Assist, 20 in wheels. Price seemed fair based on the one I built online. I inquired about lease numbers and now dealer is saying he can't commit to MSRP price. Numbers will change as a result and not in my favor. This is a new one. does this sound right?

MSRP shouldn't change based on whether you lease or buy.

However, any selling price offered may include incentives that are specific for purchases.

Can out of pocket go toward MSDs instead? My first question after seeing this is what MF and residual he's using. Anything else I should present?

We don't have any May numbers yet for Infiniti, so cannot answer your question about MF and residual.

Yes, you can use the $4500 as MSD instead of down payment, though I don't know how many MSD you can make.

What state is this? Sales tax obligations for a lease vary.

Thank you, Michaell. I'm in Texas. I understand offers will vary but this seems high based on other offers I've read on here for similar sell price in range of 49k - 50k and I'm more interested in the 12k term based on past leases that monthly payment is $607!

Well, in Texas sales tax for a lease is applied to the entire selling price, not to the monthly payment, so leases will be more expensive there.

EDIT - the May lease numbers for Infiniti are in. 36/12 for the FWD QX60 are 58% and .00106. If I use $49K as the MSRP and $52K as the net cap cost (inclusive of all fees and taxes), I get a payment of $740/mo.

I would double check all the numbers from the dealer before signing anything. I could have mis-interpreted some of the numbers.
