SouthEast Toyota isn't showing any lease programs for the 2015 model. This means limited availability, or it could just be a lack of incentives, making the lease payments very high.

Residual is national; MF is regional and in FL the MF on the Avalon is .00011 for 24 months or .00036 for 36 months.

All those extra miles are going to kill your payment ... are you sure you wouldn't be better off buying rather than leasing?

Toyota only has published rates for 15K miles per year - 65% for 24 months and 56% for 36 months. Extra miles are charged up front at .10 per mile. This will reduce your residual by $2000-4500 and increase your payment by $83-125/mo.

MF for Avalon Limited in CT is .00001 and $1120 (!) lease cash.

Thanks. I drive 120 miles round trip each day for work and am working on getting my company to subsidize the lease payment.

Does your explanation mean that I would be charged the extra .10 per mile, plus the additional residual decrease of $2000-$4500? That is what I understand of it.

Thanks again for the quick reply.

Oh....and one more thing.....are the MF and residuals the same for other styles of the Avalon like the XLE, XLE Premium, or XLE Touring?

No, the .10 per mile is calculated to between $2000-4500 (depending upon lease term and how many extra miles you want). It's not both.

    36/12 numbers - 58% and .00001. $1120 lease cash

How does the lease cash work with the $2500 dealer cash? Is it one or the other?

I don't know - the lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive specifically for leasing. If the dealer cash is the same thing, except for a purchase, then I would say they do not combine.

no mention of the MSRP but based on
36/12k,Lease end purchase option of $19224, if residual 56%, original MSRP should be $34328
24/12k Lease end purchase option of $22539, if residual 67%, original MSRP should be $33640
    Same Stock# but different MSRP?

Got it. XLE Black on black
    24/15K $346+ tax (Net $371)
$1000 down includes 1st month, rolled in all the dealer fees, acquisition, tax, tag and registration.
MSRP $35124 (has all kinds of junk, Toyoguard Elite, alarm, paint protection etc)
MF 0.00021 (I am Tier 1 but dealer said its the best rate)
    Net Capitalized Cost $31222

Probably can get it $20/month cheaper, but got kicked out of 2 dealership already.

Beautiful car, beats the ES350 by $100. Thank you for your help!

Is the $500 in addition to the $2000 lease cash? I just found a disclaimer on our local toyota site saying there was a $2000 lease incentive (albeit on a base XLE).
