3. Balloon loan interest rate - 3.8%

For a conventional lease loan, they're offering 0.0013 money factor.

Will I be right in assuming that Audi leases are costlier than BMWs? I was interested in leasing A5. However, dealers insist on money down as well as not as flexible in negotiating selling price as much as BMW dealers!

I'm not sure I'd make such a sweeping generalization, as it depends on the model, but I've found that Audi sets their residual values much closer to reality than BMW does, which has the effect of raising the monthly lease payment.

You should be able to get into an Audi lease with $0 cap cost reduction; you may have to work with a few dealers, but I'm pretty sure you can find one that will work with you.

I just now noticed a few posts up on Jun 29 a Premium Plus Coupe 36/15 was 54%. When did it go down?

Also, I'm new to Audi leasing. I'm assuming the RV is set and not negotiable. I'm also assuming the MF is the Audi F.S. base value for "well-qualified" buyers? Do Audi dealers typically quote you a higher MF and you have to haggle your way down... or do they automatically give you the best rate if your credit qualifies?

The new Audi program started on July 7th.

Most Audi dealers will mark-up the money factor. Since the MF isn't disclosed on the final lease documents, they may not even mention it, unless you ask. For most dealers, you will have to bargain hard for the base rate.

GAP insurance is part of every Audi lease ... no cost to the customer.

Hello there. I'm new to the forums and frankly new to looking into lease prices in this much detail. Looking for an Audi A5 Premium Plus 2016 Automatic in NJ. Dealer hit me with $642/mo 36mo 12k ($0 down I assume)

Sticker - $49,350 (w/ options - tech package, sport package)

Dealer is saying $46,500 selling price and the money factor is .00150.

Is this deal any good?

36/12 lease numbers are .00150 and 57%.

Using your MSRP and selling prices, I get a pre-tax payment of $622.24. Not sure if you are paying the taxes up front, but $642 looks OK based on that.
