Hi Guys,

New to this forum as well to leasing. I am looking for RV and MF for 2015 650i GC , and 2016 640i GC for 10k/36 month lease. Also what are your thoughts on a demo car for additional savings?

I was quoted for a demo car 2015 650i GC with 3k miles:

$98,000 MSRP
$80,000 Selling price
$2791 drive off
36 month lease/10k miles
$989 a month before tax.

They said they can't do any better which I dont believe. What do you think of this deal? Also what is the max security deposit I can put down? If car is typically in good shape when returned can I expect all my deposit back?

36/10 numbers:
2015 650i GC - .00131 and 52%. $4000 buildout cash and $2500 Novemberfest adder
2016 640i GC - .00131 and 52% (39/10 residual is 53%, BTW). $2000 option credit and $2000 Novemberfest adder.

With your prices, I get $978/mo + tax, so not too far off your dealer quote. I think the low residual is what's hurting the lease payment.

Max 7 MSD would bring the MF down to .00082 (7 @ .00007 each). Pre-tax payment would drop to $914/mo in that case.

In your experience are there more aggressive offers in Dec vs Nov? What is considered a good % off MSRP?

BMW numbers are national. Only difference in MF or RV has to do with miles per year and whether MSDs are used.

For BMW, 5-7% off sticker before incentives is a good discount.

Can't tell you if the numbers will be better or worse next month.

Is that a 2016? Not interested in 2015 year. Thought I saw same rates for a 2015. Can you confirm this rates are for 2016 m6 coupe and gran coupe?

Each MSD reduces the MF by .00007 - max 7 MSD allowed.
