When you say lease cash what do you mean?  2 different dealers are giving me exactly 4,050 in rebates.

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive; the dealer can choose to pass it along to the customer.

This is separate from factory to customer rebates - ask the dealers for the breakdown of the $4050 they are quoting you.

Dealer can not modify the residual.

We are looking at a 2015 LTZ AWD. Can I please get money factor and residual for 36 months 10k and 12k miles?

Dealers are meeting True Car pricing of $43,900 or so for the below options. There are only 3 in white in a 500 mile radius and 2016 should be out in early August right? If we aren't in a hurry what are people's thoughts on buying now or waiting and risking there not being our exact model we like?

Don't know when the 2016's will hit the lots.

If I'm looking at $40K+ SUV's, I'd want to get exactly what I want - color, options, etc. The longer you wait, the tougher it will be to find the right car in a 2015 model year.

.00045 MF and 58%/57% residual for 36 months (either trim). $1025 lease cash.

Subtract 2% for 39 months.

Ok..so i got the selling price of the car after inventive and rebates for $34,500.  They told me MF is 1.56% interest and RV is 56%.  That money factor look kinda off. OTD $451 no down.  I am feeling that its way too much.

Our numbers are GM Financial. If they are quoting an APR for the money factor, they are likely using a different bank.

You negotiate the best price, just like a purchase. Then, ensure that the money factor isn't marked up and watch out for any extra fees.

How would I know if MF is marked up? 

You run all the numbers using the base MF and if the payment is different, you politely inform the dealer that you won't sign anything where the MF is inflated.

Other dealer might be using a different bank; if so, we don't have any way to verify those numbers.
