Wisconsin Lease: 2015 Silverado 1500 4WD Double Cab LT w/1LT AT

    39 mo 12 k miles

    40,357 cap cost
    5,900 lease cash
    23,646 RV
    .00054 MF

    1,000 due at signing, 325/mo

    Any thoughts?

You don't give the MSRP, but that looks really cheap.

We only have GM Financial lease numbers, and that doesn't look like a GM Financial lease.

MSRP 42,225...the 40,357 is after taxes, fees, and rebates.

It appears the lease cash is another discount on the cap cost, but it is listed separate from the cap cost section on the quote...56%RV

    Still a good deal?

    Yes.. If it's $1000 due upfront and $325/mo., it's a great deal

    2WD or 4WD?

    Which cab?

We only have GM Financial numbers and the lease cash is $1400.

Hi, I would like to have your help and thoughts on a 2015 Silverado LTZ Double Cab offer I have and if its a good deal or not. As I said its a Silverado 1500 LTZ Double Cab with several options like Nav, Plus Package, Sports Package etc. Its sticker is $49,405. The dealer offered it to me for $44,323.17 plus $6700 in rebates making it $37,623.17. I don't have to but if I put down $3,300 my payment is $299.98 per month for 39 months and I get 15k per year. They have the residual set at $26,678.70.

First can you please tell me your thoughts on this deal and if its a great one or not?

Second can you please tell me what is the money factor and Residual %

Lastly is it worth changing the Truck from a Double Cab to a Crew Cab?
I don't need it as my kids are grown and gone to college but didn't know if the money factor or residual were better or if there are more or less rebates or just wasted money to pay extra for it.

Thank you for helping me with these questions.

39/15 numbers are .00040 and 52% (4x2) or 54% (4x4) for both Double Cab LTZ or Crew Cab LTZ

I would not put down the $3300 - if the truck is stolen or totaled, you lose that money. It will increase your payment about $85/mo, but that's still pretty cheap for a $49K truck.

Okay I will not put down the $3300. So you would stick with the double cab deal they are giving me versus switch it to a crew cab? They said their crew cabs don't have as much Tag money as their double cabs. Is this a great deal getting the double cab for $37,623.17 15k per year no money down. It is a 4x4.

The lease numbers are the same.

When spending this much money, I always suggest you get what you want, not necessarily what's the best deal.

Ultimately, I don't make decisions with other peoples money.

.00040 MF and 58% residual. Lease cash is $800 or $1400, depending on trim.

Wanted to share my recent lease deal that I signed yesterday 10/27/15...hope this helps

    2015 1500 Double Cab 4X4 (Rally pkg/leather front bench seat/5.3L V8/Nav/Cargo LED lights/Tonneau Cover)

------I also had them add the tow mirrors ($725 option that requires and additional $250 for harness)

MSRP: $49,245 (this DOESN'T include the cost of the mirrors/harness since it was added on
    Sale Price: $45,038
    Rebates: $ 4,400
    Fees: $ 1,175 (bank/doc/reg/title)
    Cash: $ 714 (paid 1st month $439 and $275 down)
    MF: .00040 = .96% APR

Monthly payment: $439/m for 39 months @ 15K miles per year

My thoughts...I think I got a very good deal considering I added almost another $1K in options and labor was included (they said it would take about 2hrs of labor).

I feel like they maybe held back on some of the rebates since I had other dealers saying that I qualified for $5900 in rebates (but those other dealers couldn't match the monthly payment this dealer offered.

The fees are in line with what I expected since I've leased before.

I do think they messed with me in one area...they said that I had to pay $275 upfront for "registration fees" but yet once I signed the ppw I realized that they INCLUDED $185 in fees clearly marked "registration fees" in the ppw. So essentially they took my upfront $275 and put that as "cap cost reduction" when they had already accounted for the registration fees.

I basically paid a total of $460 in registration fees. I pick up the truck on Friday and have already told them I want a line item receipt of the registration costs...anything above and beyond that I will tell them to reimburse me in accessories (hitch ball mount/hitch ball/premium mats etc) or I'll threaten to not take delivery.

I am looking at a Silverado 1500 High Country w/MSRP ~54500. Can you tell me what money factor, residual and any incentives there would be on leasing now (CT dealer, I live in NY). A while back i seem to remember some deals on Silverado/Sierras of like 15% cash back off MSRP. Any chance those come back on the 2015's?

Not sure which cab or trim the High Country model is..

    But, 2015 Silverados are all
.00040 MF and either 53% or 55% residual for 36mo, 15K/yr, with $1400 lease cash.

Those special deals are often only for purchase, and not eligible for lease, but no actual info on that.

SLT is a GMC Sierra trim level, not a Silverado...

    36/15 numbers are .00040 and 55% for 4WD. $1400 lease cash.

May I please have lease numbers for January on a 2015 Silverado Crew Cab short bed LT 36/10? Not sure if 1LT or 2LT makes a difference though. Currently looking at a leftover and trying to determine if would be better than leasing a 2016.

There are no lease numbers for the 2015 Silverado for January. Best bet would be to go with a 2016.

I realize this may be hard to answer, but would you anticipate figures coming on 2015 for any upcoming months? Is that common for a leftover model year?

No, this is the first month where we did not get 2015 Silverado lease numbers, so it looks like GM is no longer supporting leases on them.

Would need to know the adjusted cap cost, with all taxes and fees added in to the selling price, to calculate a payment.

For the above comment say the total cap cost was 34,500 for the calculations. Also my salesman said it was not possible to lease a 2015 anymore even though it is still new. Is that true or does he just want me to buy a 2016?

There are no lease numbers for 2015 Silverados. You may be able to lease one, but it would be pretty expensive compared to a 2016.

Better to focus on the current year inventory.
