But, $281/mo. looks cheap for that vehicle. Does that include 9% PA sales tax?

I will have that information on Monday and I will let you know. Sales tax in PA is 6%. It was $299 with no money down but the offer of $585 down reducing the payment per month by $18 and included first payment sounded like a great option.

Sales tax for leases in PA is 9% or 10% depending on where you live. 

So I would assume this is a good deal?

Actually got a little better deal.... $281/mo for 24 months ($585 down included first payment of $281. I have 23 payments remainig). They are also going to install a fog light kit for free.

Not showing a lease program for the 2015 Equinox.

I read in a local [Michigan] dealer ad "October is the last month to lease a 2015 Chevy."
That makes sense and is probably true nationwide.
This is not to be confused with dealer-originated leases, which aren't a good idea and are rare anyway. The 2016 rates are pretty good though...

24/15 - .00070 and 67%. Add 2% for 12K
36/12 - .00075 and 59%.

Im in NY working on a lease for my brother in Chicago,Illinois. MSRP on vehicle is around 30,250. I have the GM employee family discount. IIm being told money factor is .00075, residual is 59%, and their are three rebates/cash available 1300 lease cash, 500 loyalty,and 750 Gm Lease Program- is that accurate? someone mentoned another 500 somewhere- also Taxes on this does not appear right- in the disclosure under capitalized costs ,there are taxes listed for " tax on cap cost reduction" and then sales tax( 162.10 + 1049.71)...then at the bottom says Sales tax on monthly payment (28.38)...I have leased in NY before, but this one is first in Illinois- which i have heard has a different tax structure...any help appreciated! thanks Buffalo Bob
