Hello everyone. Looking for some info to help out my sister as she's in the market to lease a Corolla.

I would like the current numbers for all Corolla models, and for 3 years 12k miles per year. Aldo how long they're valid for. She will have some negative equity added into the lease (I'm guessing around $3k), so when I try to calculate a quote will that negative equity be applied to the gross cap cost? Just want to make sure I know as much as I can before we step into the dealership.

Yes, negative equity will be added to the cap cost - $3000 for 3 years works out to about $85/mo itself.

Corolla residuals vary between 57-62% for 36/12 depending on trim.

The numbers are from Toyota Financial and shouldn't be different at different dealerships.

I just got a Lease deal on 2016 Corolla LE in Central Jersey for 156.33 a month with 1000 down. This is for 10k/yr for 24 mnths. I havent negotiated with them yet and this is the number I got. Is that a good deal? What would be a good amount i should be looking at.

Are you sure it's .00001 and not .0001? Also, the $1000 lease cash is supposdly $500 from the dealer. Can you confirm?

Is the MF good for Tier 1+, 1, and 2? If not, can you give the MF for all 3 tiers?
