Their counter was 2999 down plus drive off fees. $270 for a 36/10 lease.

Ask them what bank they were using for their lease quote. Could have been an Ally or US Bank lease.

Be advised that some incentives are only valid for purchase, not lease.

What is the current Money Factor and Residual Value for a 2016 SXT (12,000/year, 36 month lease, Ft. Lauderdale Florida)?

Also, I'm looking at the following Incentives:
2016 Dodge Challenger Bonus Cash $2,500
2016 Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Conquest Lease to Retail / Lease Bonus Cash $1,000
AAA Member Savings $300

Can they all be combine?
