Thanks kyfdx. So, is it only the 2015 R/T that has the much better MF and residual (RT - .00010 and 61%) while the SRT versions only offer the standard MF and lower residual? If so, I might change my lease to the R/T.

Yes.... SXT and R/T lease programs are much better.

Scat Pack, SE, SRT all use the standard MF.

The only numbers we have are from Chrysler Financial.

Standard MF (around .00170) and 62% for 36/12 on the Charger Scat Pack.

Standard MF and 62% / 63% for the 2015's. No 2016 numbers yet. Maybe in September.

Really long lease question, my apologies in advance.

I was contacted by a dealer through true car. Discussions ensue. He says the following.
1. "All rebates and incentives are stackable."
2. One in stock (15my) "has $5000 lease cash"
3. "Leaving you a 70% residual of $33082" (msrp 47260

i qualify for employee pricing (-5% invoice), military $500, lease loyalty $1000, Southeast Fast Start Bonus Cash SECGG1 = $-500, Southeast BC retail Consumer Cash 63CF1 = $1000. 

Are those all stackable with the 5000 lease cash?

assuming 7% sales tax, 4% interest, 0 down. What would my lease look like? (35250 negotiated price after all rebates/incentives/pricing/financing. 

Seems me too good to be true.

It's possible that Ally could have residuals that high for a 24 month lease, but the money factor could be as high as .0030. Of course, that would be offset by the big lease rebate.

So, not knowing the actual numbers, it would just be a big fat guess..

If it really was .0030 MF and 70% residual for 24 months and that MSRP and CAP, you would be looking at $300/mo.+tax.

Doesn't hurt to ask, but that seems very unrealistic.

Thank you. I was just sent an invoice today. Here are the concrete numbers.

EP = 43016
incentives/rebate= $6500
subtotal = $36516
dealer acquisition = $595
dealer add ons = $264
title and tag = $500
total price = $37875
residual = $33082

36 month, either through ally or US bank. He didn't give me MF yet.

Standard MF (around .00200) and 61% / 60% / 58% for 24/36/39 months, 12K per year. Looks like 36 months is the sweet spot this month.

Thanks! It's hard to believe that the residual only goes up 1% between 24 and 36 months. I guess 36 is the sweet spot!

.00020 MF and 58% residual. Options on that trim line shouldn't affect the lease numbers.

All of the cars you list are limited in quantity, therefore making them more expensive to lease. And, the folks who shop in this price range are not all that price sensitive, so they aren't looking for the best deal.

Chrysler Finance numbers for 36/12:

RT Plus - .00027 and 58%
Scat Pack - Standard MF and 60%

Add 1% for 10K

Dealers can choose which bank to use to fund their leases. Some banks use large rebates rather than a lower MF to make their deal better.

Don't know the exact amount of the "standard" MF, but something around .00200 is about right.

Yes, ask the dealer to give you quotes from different banks .. one of them will be the right deal for you.
