this car is a 528i

Is this a good deal

Here are the specs I was quotes at BMW for a 3 year lease.

MSRP $52075
Residual 61%
Money Factor .00129
Acq fee $795
Tax Rate 8%

He said the price is below invoice but doesn't have that number on him. Is this a good deal?

He said I would have to pay $6200 down and $462/mo for 15k miles per year.

    Your money down and monthly payment numbers don't look great.. but, that selling price is needed to do the calculations.
