2016 RLX Advance Lease Numbers

I have the 2015 lease numbers are the 2016 residuals and money factor the same. Looking for numbers on the Advance Model.

Is there any known problems with this model as I have a dealer discounting the Advance model to less than 50k already.

What are incentives as far as dealer or lease cash?

36/15 on the 2016 RLX Advance are 48% and .00160 MF.

I think the only problem is that Acura isn't selling very many of these, therefore the discounts from MSRP are pretty big.

I'm surprised that the MF isn't lower, however.

Sorry I should have said 10,000 miles a year not 15,000 miles. Does that mean the residual is .50?

It seems the Advance is always lower than the tech. Why is that?

I looked at a 2016 RDX and the residual is 63% why is the RLX so low in comparison to the RDX. I know the RDX and MDX are more popular but that seems like a pretty big difference for two cars from the same manufacturer. The money factor I was given for the R"D"X was .0017. That seems strange that the RLX has a lower Residual and a lower money factor.

36/10 residual on the RLX is 51%.

Higher trim levels generally have lower residuals, as options tend to depreciate faster (at least, that's been the theory for 20 years).

The RLX doesn't sell.. period. When they put in a lease program, it's designed to sell cars, not necessarily be logical. The low residuals is because the cars aren't popular on resale, either. All of which makes them a poor comparison for an MDX or RDX

The base MF for Acura is .00160 - the dealer is allowed to mark that up for extra profit.

Just want to clairfy that the residual of 51% is for 36/10 on The RLX Advance. I have been told that the Advance has a lower residual than the Tech.

Advance - 51%

Current numbers are valid through 9/7.
