I'm going to buy a new RX 350 from my dealer in New England. Thinking it's a good time to get a new on with the 2016 model refresh. Should get a good deal on a 2015 because they are clearing out the remaining inventory?

What is a good price to pay for a new RX 350?

I was offered a lease deal on a 2015 Lexus RX 350 with an MSRP of $51,566, sale price: $47,900, rebate $2,000, $1000 money down, for 33 months-- Monthly payment of $520.07. Is this a decent deal?

62% residual. If the sale price is the net cap cost, then I get $531/mo.

Find out the true net cap cost from the dealer. If higher that the selling price, determine what's been added.

So - how is the $2000 rebate and $1000 down being applied?

What state and tax rate is this?

Anyone know whats MF for 2016s? 12k miles?

BTW, I was offered 60% residual for 10k miles and 59% for 12k in Texas. Is that fair?

No RX lease numbers this month - perhaps in December.

However, dealer cannot adjust the residual - it's set by the bank.
