    Hello-
    I'm looking for info on a 2016 Hyundai Elantra Limited standard package.

    MSRP of 22,535(according to Hyundai site)
    I saw that there is $3000 lease cash available which would bring it down to $19,535 ?

    What would be expected monthly lease price / down payment?. I have 780 Fico. Zip Code 89183

    What is the MF / residual?

    (Sorry I'm kinda new to this and trying to learn a bit more before going in)

    .00127 MF and 53% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr. $3000 lease cash.

    You still need to negotiate a selling price on a lease.. So, if you pay $19,535, you are essentially giving the dealer MSRP. You'll want to do better than that.

    Hyundai does not offer 24 month terms, or 7500 miles per year.

    So ... the 36/10 numbers on the Elantra SE (automatic) are .00161 and 55%, with $3000 lease cash.

    We don't get numbers in advance..

    And, they are picky. Poor credit will result in massive markups on financing.

    What are they looking for? 740+ FICO?

    No idea; and, FWIW, it's not something I would recommend. Pure profit center for the dealer, IMO.

    i just was given a quote on a 2016 Elantra GT AT w/style package for 3/30k I don't have exact numbers but he said the mf is .00140, and a 56% residual.

    $22835 MSRP
    $18335 sale price
    $0 down
    $750 first payment (first month, taxes, title, ect)
    $229 a month lease payment

    What at say U? Good deal or not enough info?

    I confirm the .00140 MF and 36/10 residual of 56%. There is $3000 lease cash available, as well.

    Thus, you are only getting $1500 off sticker - I'd press for more of a discount. Every $1000 off reduces your pre-tax payment about $28/mo.
