    One more question. Buildout cash is only available if I order the car, not for the car that is already on the lot, correct?

    Actually, I think it's the other way around. Not sure what incentives you qualify for if you custom order the car - that will take 8-10 weeks to arrive at the dealer.

    If you pick one off the lot, the buildout cash absolutely applies.
