Need help with prices for 2016 E350 Lease

Thank you for putting up such a great site for helping with lease questions.

I am a newbie to the lease paradigm. I am looking to lease 2016 E350 with reasonably loaded. Here is what I am being offered, I would like your opinion if this is a good deal or not.

MSRP: $60,470
36 months lease, 12K miles
$2500 down
$566 + tax

Includes maintenance for 1st year.

Is this a good deal. I am located in San Ramon, CA

.00080 MF and 58% residual.

To evaluate a lease deal, you need to know the selling price and CAP cost. (and, verify the MF the dealer is using).

Thank you for your reply. I was told that residual value is $35072. They didn't mention the selling price of the car. The offer letter only mentioned the MSRP.

Not good that they are hiding the selling price from you .. too much opportunity for them to manipulate the numbers in their favor.

Thanks. Here is another offer that I am getting.

MSRP - $65,545 (including all the options)
Sale Price - $55,985

How much should I be expecting to make lease payments (36 months, 12k) . I believe MF should be around .0008 and residual value will be around 56%.

As mentioned above, it's .00080 MF and 58% residual for 36mo, 12K/yr

If all other costs are paid upfront, then the payment would be $574/mo.+tax
