2016 Explorer Limited Lease

New to forum here. I was wondering if there are any updated lease specials for 2016 explorer limited. Went to 2 dealers yesterday here in NJ and I am so blown away with the price quotes I got.
2016 Limited 10K/36, 0 money down, $615-$680 supposedly with $1250 rebate priced at $42000ish?
2015 Limited DEMO vehicle with 5000 miles on it already. $43000ish
Is it me or the dealers trying to pull a fast one on me?
Trying to figure out how to savy myself up so that I can get a decent deal.

    Interested in a lease on a 2016 explorer sport with an MSRP of $52,260. Assuming the true car price of 47,842. What would be a good monthly lease payment be on a 24mo/12k and 36mo/12k lease with no down payment in Cincinnati, Ohio? Thanks!

    0.50%/0.75% APR and 67%/58% residual. $250 lease cash.

    $552/$511 per month, plus tax.

    I'm not all that familiar with Ford leasing/pricing. So, take that with a grain of salt. That's just doing the calculations based on the lease variables we have and the two numbers you provided.

    Any info on residual, money factor, and monthly payments for 2016 Explorer Limited 4WD with MSRP of $48,500 and purchase price of $44,000. This is in the Boston area. Looking for a 3yr/10k lease. Thanks.

    55% and .25% MF.

    Using your prices, I get a payment of $488/mo + tax, assuming the selling price is the net cap cost.
