$5000 option allowance.

Yes, the $5000 is applied as a CAP cost reduction (which means it is taxable.
However, any price quoted by the dealer probably already includes it.

he said MSD are lowering payment by 11$/msd. First time leasing with MSD- still learning. great information on this thread

$5000 incentive on this model.
If you have top tier credit, the MF after 7 MSDs should be .00085.
It looks like you might be Tier 2 (add .00020), and also getting the maximum dealer markup (.00040).
So, that's not good, and a discount of less than 5% on a year old model, once the incentive is accounted for.

I'd run screaming away from this deal.

I get the same payment on the MSD deal, but on the top deal, I get $1059/mo.+tax. Typo?

The MF bump adds about $18/mo.+tax.

700+ usually qualifies you for the best rates.
Have they actually run your credit?

If they haven't run your credit, tell them you expect .00140 MF.

The rest of the deal looks great. Not sure I'd kill a $1000/mo. deal over $20/mo, but no point in paying it, if you can get the base rate.

It means that you likely can't lease a 2016 model 7-series for a reasonable amount. At some point, the math doesn't work any more for a model that is a year old. All of the incentives are on the purchase side.
