Crankshaft Gasket (Timing Chain)

2010 Honda CR-V (62k miles)
1. What is the recommended service interval for timing chain/belt?
2. Quoted $420 to replace crankshaft gasket requiring removing timing cover/gasket. Reasonable?
3. Are some of said hour the same as in 1 above?

    Timing chain is a lifetime item. No belt.

    That's correct and if your shop is suggesting a timing belt replacement, you need to find another shop!

    Very rare to have a front crank seal fail at that mileage too!

    How bad is this front crankshaft seal leak? Not something you could live with? You might crawl under there and have a look.
