Can someone please post the numbers for a 2016 Tiguan SE 4motion and SEL 4motion? Most likely 36mo/12k per year. Any lease cash for current VW owners? What's the difference going to 10k per year?

@Michaell - We're going to the VW dealership tomorrow, and I want to make sure I've got my facts straight. VW's website: http://www.vw.com/models/tiguan/section/special-offers/ says that Owner's Loyalty is only $1,000. Where does the $1,500/$1,750 that you listed come from?

Hard to tell you if the payment is good or not without knowing the MSRP and selling price / cap cost.

Current numbers from VW expire 2/29/16.

I just went to a dealer and he quoted the following for a 2016 Tiguan SE. 

Msrp $34707
lease term 36 months 12,000 miles
residual $1908.18
$0 down 
however taxes and fees are to be paid up front $2149
mf .00001
my monthly payment would be $299. 
He said he was including a presidents day sale incentive as well. 

Is this a good deal?

I am looking at the 2016 Tiguan SE 4motion, 36/10k lease. My maturity date for the Tiguan I have now is April 12 and I wanna see if I can negotiate a good price before the end of March.
What are MF and Residual for this month?
Are there any incentives that I can try to use and do you know what the VW loyalty policy is? I know that they are waiving the disposition fee, anything else I could look out for?
I saw posting of lease cash and googled it, but I still don't understand what it is and how I could incorporate it into the math. The dealer said that it means that they would cover any remaining payments on my old car, which seems bs.
The SE 4motion is quoted at $34.770 on Edmunds. Without any incentives, what is a good middle number to shoot for when negotiating down?

Lease cash is a factory to dealer incentive that the dealer can pass along to the customer. Use that knowledge to negotiate your best price.

I also saw that they have a $1000 reward card offer until April 4. Can you confirm and can I combine with lease cash?

Just wanted to hop in here, I am a certified VW Sales rep and the numbers being quoted here are not the real numbers. I am the Fleet Manager and the residual and money factor that Michaell is quoting is no where near the truth.

Different parts of the US have different programs, but the residual and money factor come from VW Credit Leasing and those numbers are consistent across the board.

This is why his numbers are not making sense, the residual for a 3 year lease with 12,000 annual miles is 52% NOT 61%.

.00010 and 57% for 36/10. $1500 lease cash available, which you should get in addition to the dealer discount.

However, using your numbers, as is, gets me a payment of $350/mo.

Either the net price the dealer is using is way different from the one you've given us, or the MF is jacked way up.

Why are you trying to get out of your lease early? The negative equity is adding $37/mo to the payment.

Thank you Michaell, all of those numbers are from the worksheet VW made up for us last night. They sent out an email and triggered us to head in. We didnt have any intentions of leaving with a new vehicle. We will wait til January and try again!

Yeah, dealers are known for that. I've got a few months left on my current lease; I probably get an email and a snail mail communication from the dealer or manufacturer each week.
