I want to know if this is a good deal I'm putting 1500 down and 579 a month on a lease for 2015 acadia sle 2 awd 12000 miles a year for 39 months I am 6000 in the hole from my trade in is this a good deal

Couldn't even guess as whether that's a good deal, without knowing the MSRP and CAP cost.

$6000 negative equity? Why trade now?

The $6000 in negative equity is adding about $154/mo to your payment.

What is the breakdown of the $1500 due at signing?

What state and tax rate is this?

As my co-host noted, we don't have all the information so it's difficult to fully evaluate this deal.
