2016 Mercedes C300 Lease quote questions

Hi folks,
Could I get some advice on this lease deal? I'm unsure of the money factor at this point. This would be my first lease. Here's what I have gotten from the dealer:

MSRP: $47,585
Negotiated price: $45,585
Yearly Mileage allowance: 12,000 mi / year
Down Payment: $1,000
Term: 36 months
Monthly Payment: $697
Money factor: Unknown

Options: This is a Mercedes C300, with the Premium 1 package, spoiler, wheel locks, heated seats, panoramic sunroof, upgraded wheels, and navigation.

Would really appreciate some feedback on this and what kind of deal this is and whether we can do better.

.00152 MF and 62% residual.

If the negotiated price was the CAP cost, I get $561/mo.+tax.

However, if $1000 is your total amount due at signing, then there is probably more added to that price.

$700/mo. for a $47K MSRP car is too much, no matter what.

What state/tax rate? You should get the rest of the details from the dealer. It's not a good deal, but at least then, you'll know why.

Texas hurts, because they apply sales tax to the full selling price.. but, that deal still stinks.

Can you wait a bit? - Mercedes is going to announce winter deals which will make 2016 C lease better.

For a $47k MSPR car with decent credit (700+), your lease payment should be $380-$450 range.

If you check on forums posts from 6-9 months ago, 2015 C 300 was being offered at $8k discount over MSRP. That is what you should be aiming at.

Some dealers have been able to add the maintenance program to the MSRP, so that it is residualized.
So, the residual percentage stays the same, but it's calculated against a higher MSRP, giving a higher residual.

Audi actually raises the residual percentage, if you purchase the prepaid maintenance.

I'll ask about the net cap cost. Tax in Philadelphia is 11% unfortunately, and the price was based on 0 money down for 556/month or 6070 in MSD's for 456/month

Probably not, but some dealer incentives might have changed, since the end of the year.

I don't have that information, but something to keep in mind.

6 C300 sport - $53k MSRP
Discount: $7500 off MSRP

Due at signing: $1550
Monthly payment: $460.00 including 7% NJ Tax
10k miles, 36 months


Now my lease is 12/36. But even with the adjustments, it looks like I can probably do better than my current deal, but I'm not sure at this points. I emailed the person who made the comment to get info on his dealer but haven't heard back. Anyone know if the discount is similar when adjusting residual and MF for 12k?

My discount is 7445, but my monthly payment with 10 SD's is 458. I guess I'm getting hit with more fees than the other guy. My sales tax is 11%, which makes up some of the amount plus the difference in lease mileage. Still seems off though
