The base MF with 7 MSDs is .00085, so a little bit of a markup there.
how much is due at signing, other than the MSDs?

Appreciate your response. Total due at signing is 7,419.20 (MSD 6,300 - Mnthly Pay - 887.30 - Tags - 231.90).

Even with the inflated money factor, I get $785/mo.+tax.. So, seems a little high. Which state/tax rate?

Extra 3% tax on leases in PA, so 9%. That leaves about $30/mo. lower than their quote.

Will try to get them to drop the MF to the base .00085. Maybe that'll make up the $30/mo overage. Really do

MSRP: 67,595
Discount: 5,556 (including 1,500 incentive)
Selling price: 62,039
Adjusted Cap cost: 65,552.82 (I think they added taxes to selling price)
Taxes (NYS- 8%)- 2,588.82
Down payment- 0
Acq fee- 925
Registration fee- 150
Other fees- 145 (DMV I think)
MF- 0.00144

Amount due at start- 1,195.54 (I'm not sure how they got this)

Monthly payment- $900.54 (incl tax)

I would like to pay acquisition fee, DMV, and 1st month at signing.

1) What should my lease monthly payment be?
2) My dealership in NYS said that NYS does not allow MSD. Is this true?
3) What is the base MF without MSD?
4) It seems like they added taxes to selling price to get an inflated Adjusted Cap cost. What if I tell them that I want to pay taxes rolled into monthly payments?

Putting the taxes into the CAP cost does roll them into the monthly payment... That's exactly what that means.

Back in the care leasing market. Looking at a 2019 BMW X3 xDrive30i. MSRP - $ 56,675.
Sale Price - $ 54,425. Residual 58%. MF - 0.00217 (Seems way high). Monthly Pay $861.
36 Month / 12K.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

$1000 lease incentive

MF is marked up the max allowed, and there isn't much of a discount from sticker.

MSDs will bring down the MF .00035 total (7 MSDs @ .00005 each)
