Is this a good deal? When I run the numbers I get a lower monthly payment.

I am looking at a 2016 x4 msrp 50,870 selling price 45,588.

I have 4500 in negative equity from a current lease just the remaining payments if I were to trade negative would be about 10 grand.

On a 36mo lease 12k/yr $1k down quoted $715 is this a good deal?

Get the adjusted cap cost from the dealer, and how much they want at signing.

Why are you wanting out of your lease early? Can you wait?
