Truly $0 out of pocket at lease signing?

Seems like a good deal - especially if all the taxes are rolled into the payment.

But, without the numbers, that's only a guess.

Hey Michaell, the MSRP was 18765, sale price 14011, 36 months/12 miles. No down and yes, supposedly all rolled into the monthly payments

If everything was rolled into the selling price, what was the adjusted cap cost after that was done?

Could I please get the money factor and residual for a 2016 Corolla for a 36 month, 15K mile/year lease for the two following trim levels?  Both are manual transmission.  

Base L model. MSRP $18,390
S Plus  model. MSRP $23,063

Also, are there any incentives?  It appears there's $1,000 lease cash on these models?   Thank you very much for the information you've been providing.
