Also, anyone know what the restrictions on the 16% off cash back on in stock models are? Can they be applied to leases or not?

2016 - .00065 and either 56% or 58%, depending on trim. $240 lease cash.
2017 - .00065 and either 53% or 55%, depending on trim.

I was just quoted lease MF of .001210 and a residual of 53% on a 2017 Enclave Premium. 36 mo./15K mi. lease. Seems off based on prior posts. I'm in Southern California. Thanks for any feedback on the current MF and residual for this model.

We show .00065 MF. Residual is either 53% or 55% depending on trim.
