They are telling me the residual for 36/12 is 64%. I figured 2% increase from 63%? Is it only 1%?

Dealer can't adjust the residual. Confirm this is a GM Financial lease.

Hi. I'm looking to lease a 2016 Denali MSRP $51340 in So Cal. What is the MF, residual and any incentives. What is a good lease deal on this vehicle? Trying to decide on this or a 2017 Denali MSRP $49900 quoted at $425+T/Month w/ 4K down. MF on that is 0.000579 and 63% res.
Both of these are 36/15k leases.

Different trims have different residuals.
