Using your MSRP and adjusted sales price, I get $152.48/mo before tax; if the tax rate is 6.35%, then the final payment is $162.17. Pretty close to the quote.

I would ask for a full accounting of the $2000 due at signing, and the adjusted capitalized cost.

Our numbers don't agree with that, at all.
.00060 MF and 59% residual for 36/10.
.00055 MF and 67%/66%/65% residual for 24 months.

We don't have info on the one-pay lease or acquisition fee waiver.
We also don't have the incentive information, or how it might apply.

You politely tell him that you will not sign any lease deal if the money factor has been marked up. Then, reach out to other dealers. The competition will only get you a better deal.

What is the adjusted cap cost? Using your selling price, I get $298/mo before tax. If I subtract the rebates out, the pre-tax payment drops to $230/mo before tax.
