I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out if I'm getting a good deal...

I'd be putting $2000 down and its a 36 month lease with 10,000 miles/year...the price that was quoted to me is $585/month

I'll assume those two numbers are switched and $59545 is the MSRP and $58550 is the selling price?

.00131 MF and 59% residual for 36/10. $1500 option credit.

I get $773/mo. Obviously, one or both of your numbers is inaccurate. Do you know the selling price?

Looking at leasing a factory demo 2015 X5 x35i. Any idea if the December 2016 X5 lease program is what they will use or if there is a different program for demos? Also, any rule of thumb for how much they should lower the selling price for 5k of mileage and last year's model? MSRP was $60k as equipped.

They won't use the 2016 X5 program, they will use the 2015 X5 program, with a residual reduction to account for the miles.

The residual used will be reduced by $1000-$1500, so you should get a deal that is at least that much less than a comparable 2015 X5 that is new.

Can anyone tell me what the recent Mannheim Market Report values have been on used 2015 X5 x35i vehicles with low miles (e.g. 5,321)?
