Tahoes are incredibly popular .. I doubt that the MF is going to drop considerably anytime soon.

When I'm checking out various dealers on the internet, it appears that 2,000 conquest, 1,000 consumer cash and if the dealer has a tag on it, 3,500 tag bonus can be applied to the Tahoe. Combined with dealer usual discount, Im seeing new Tahoes at 10-11k plus off. Am I to assume that these incentives will apply to leasing? If so it makes it relatively attractive compared to other large SUVs.

I would not assume that. Often, incentives exist just for purchase.

No way of knowing if that advertised price is good for a lease.
With those numbers and 58% residual, I get $578/mo.+tax.
Tax is on the full purchase price in Texas. So, another $85/mo. or so on top.

I don't show an 8K/yr allowance from GM Financial
But, I don't have the Texas region info, either.
.00152 MF matches, but I show 61% residual for 39/10.
Of course, the "Texas" edition may have different residuals.

On the 2nd one, if the sale price is the CAP cost, and all other fees paid upfront, I get a payment of $650/mo.
Of course, just the sales tax is going to add $100/mo. to that payment. That original quote on the first one is not that far off....
