2015 MINI Cooper Hardtop lease qestion

Hi,
I recently quote for a 2015 MINI Cooper Hardtop lease from dealer with
MSRP $22935 with $1500 customer cash and other discount and get
selling price $21077
also I have a 2009 mini with 53k mile to trade-in around $6600

then the dealer give me around $155 per month lease price for 36 month 12k mile limit with 0 downpay.
Is this a good price?

.00129 MF and 57% residual.

$266/mo. +tax, if the selling price is the CAP cost.

$6600 upfront complicates your calculations.

Hello, I'm looking to lease a previous loaner Mini Cooper 2 Door Base with prem. package
I was wondering how I should adjust the residual for the miles, there are 8,100 miles on it.

Can anyone help me with the residual for a 36 month, 12,000 miles a year lease and MF?
