    I live in Milwaukee, WI - zip = 53213

    Most aggressive offer I've gotten for a 36/12K lease is on a 2017 Avalon Hybrid Limited:

    MSRP - $44,034
    Sale - $38,895
    Residual - $23,338.00
    MF = .0019

    Dealership offering a true sign and drive with $0 down and no fees owed whatsoever. $609/month + tax.

    How'd I do? Numbers adding up?

    I actually went with a 2016 today instead of a 2017 as previously written. Changed my mind at the last minute, and also changed from a Limited to XLE Premium.

    Details:

    Milwaukee, WI 53213
    2016 Avalon XLE Premium Hybrid
    MSRP $39,560.00
    Selling $34,768.00
    MF .0001
    36/12K/$0 down/$0 due

    $483 p/month + tax

    Saved $125 p/month from initially wanting a Limited. Couldn't justify that much more a month for cooled seats and auto-sense wipers...

    How'd I do on this new XLE Premium?

    It's the same as the "amount financed" on a loan. Includes everything that you didn't pay upfront.

    With that cap cost, I get $417/mo plus tax.

    I'm guessing that isn't the true cap cost, as you noted there is $0 due at signing. All your fees and such should be added into that selling price.

    I'm traveling and taking delivery Saturday. We made this deal in October with $500 rebate. Is November still $500?

    They aren't telling me true adjust cap cost yet. Said we'll look all that over on Saturday when I show up and take the car. But, easy math shows it like this:

    Selling Price: 34,768
    + 695 remote start
    + 89 DMV fees
    + 198 service fees
    + 410 first month payment
    = 36,160 adjusted cap cost

    *Recall that my residual is $20,176*

    With that new cap cost, and taking into consideration whatever November lease deals are, how is my deal in comparison to others? Pretty aggressive or should I go after them more?

    Residuals haven't changed. MF is .00001, and lease cash is still $500.

    There is a $650 acquisition fee with every TFS lease.

    We don't track selling prices when compared to MSRP, which is the true measure of how strong the deal is.

    We don't have lease information for the states covered by SETF. Sorry.

    $300/mo. for an Avalon seems a little optimistic, though.

    Looks like they may have pulled lease support for the 2016 model. If so, probably .00190 MF
