Audi 2016 Q3 Lease question

Could you please tell me the MF and RV for Q3 36/12k and 39/12 K Quattro Premium plus in FL?
I have a written offer for $601/month for 36 months and $586/39 ( incl taxes) with zero out of pocket. Wondering if this is reasonable since I am not putting any money down. MSRP $42540 adjusted invoice is $39540.

    .00188 MF and 60% residual for 36/12
    .00208 MF and 58% residual for 39/12

    Your quotes are about right, but the Q3 is expensive to lease.

    Hi, can you provide rates/residuals for a 2016 Q3 Premium Plus and Prestige in a 36-15 and 24/15 lease.
