I'm new to leasing does this sound good?

Went to a dealer, looking at a 2016 Kia Sorento SXL V6. Has everything but the tech package. This is what their offering. Take my trade, a 2007 Hyundai Veracruz for $6200, and $3500 cash. Get the Sorento with 12K a year and payments of $325 a month for 39 months. I always purchased my cars, does this sound good?

$9700 upfront on a lease? That doesn't sound good.
