Anybody have info on MF and residual value for IS300 all wheel drive with sport, moon roof, rear camera but no nav. Dealer is offering around invoice cost but no other incentives. Looking for 36 month 7500mile lease in CT. Thanks!

We don't see any incentives on this model

Interesting .. only the "savings" is being deducted from the MSRP .. what happened to the rebate?

What state is this?

Base MF on the IS300 is .00110, so the dealer is marking that up on you.'

We do not recommend putting a down payment on a lease - that money is lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

Taxes and fees are OK to pay up front.

As is, I get $553/mo with those numbers. MF markup is adding $35/mo to the payment.

Thanks guys for all your help. I really appreciate it as this is my first lease. I went back to Lexus today and they gave me this final deal. Cap at $41,085. MSRP $44,974. Residual at $28,333 (63%). MF at 0.0011. $2500 down will get monthly to $396.63. 10 K miles. I feel comfortable at these numbers.

Would appreciate any input you may have.

Btw, I'm also considering an Audi A4 quattro premium with navigation package, which I'll also post on that forum. They gave me this offer today. Cap: $39,000. MSRP: $43,125. Residual at $25,443.75 (59%?). $2500 down, monthly is $475.76. 10K miles. No MF given.

Are the MF and residual still the same for the 2016 Is300 Fsport? I was given a residual of 58% and MF of .00125 which I told them were way off from what I have been seeing on the forum. But the posts were from months ago so I thought they might change?

58% is the correct residual for 36/12. Lexus MF numbers are regional, and we don't have all regions, but what we do have shows a MF of .00110 and $3300 lease cash.

What is the MSRP?

Hello! I am in the market for a 2016 IS300AWD Base and have come across a lease special from their website. The problem is that without MF and residual, I am unable to back into the monthly.

Can you tell me the current base MF and residual for 36/12K and 36/10K? The MSRP is $41,865 and I am in the DC Metro area. Also, how much is each MSD worth to the MF if I choose to go that route as I'd rather put cash into MSD than cap cost reduction.

58% / 59% and .00110.

$3500 lease cash and complimentary first payment.

I believe Lexus allows 9 MSDs, each of which reduce the MF .00008
