I'm a complete leasing newbie but hoping to catch up soon. Considering the A4 Premium Sedan. Located in Los Angeles. What is the MF and Residual for 36/10. Also is there a 36/7.5? I only drive 7,500 per year. (Crazy in LA right?)

Any particular reason why you want out of the Mazda so quickly? The negative equity will add $30-90/mo to the lease payment.

The reason to get out off the Mazda is to take advantage of this great discount deal on the Audi and upgrade for a better car, but I do also want to make sure to get a good deal on the lease contract, what do is the rebel value of this car.?

Assuming $13,000.00 trade-in for the Mazda, how much the monthly payments will be..?

What other information should i consider or need to have to make the numbers to calculate the monthly payments.

$264/mo.+tax, if the selling price is the CAP cost.

I'd check your discount. Haven't seen any special program discounts that approach 25% off.
