I believe it's a 1964 Pontiac Catalina but it's hard to tell. Can somebody confirm. Sorry about the blurry pic.

It looks like the 64 model . Double rounds lights identical grille. Catalina sig. was on right side of grille which in this picture can't make out or missing

    I say 64 Pontiac Catalina.

    It's definitely a '64 full-sized Pontiac...looks like a 4-door hardtop. But from that pic I can't tell if it's a Catalina, Star Chief, or Bonneville.

Yeah, you are absolutely right those 3 models seem identical. Is there any difference besides the name plate? Why do you think it's a 4 door instead of a coupe? I can't tell at all from the front.

You can see the rear door windows and the C-Pillar through the windshield.

The 64 Bonneville grille was longer and car sat lower. From what's posted that is a Catalina.

It's really fuzzy but it looks like the space occupied on the driver's side of the grill could be BONNEVILLE rather than the shorter PONTIAC which would be on the grill of a '64 Catalina.

The 64 bonnie seems longer and not as square in front. Maybe its the way above photo was taken. Back then in the 60's Bonneville was Pontiac's top of the line model and the Catalina was the basic model.

I think they are identical. I see the C-Pillar , however it could be the metal trim. I can't tell how far back it is in the picture. The C-Pillar would be dead center. The Wiki pic the steering wheel is in the wrong place? Must be a British car. Also, it has both passenger and driver mirrors, and the driver mirror is not mounted on the hood like the one in my pic. I have seen pics of the coup with only a driver side mirror so it makes no sense.

I just noticed...aren't those Chevy Rally wheels on the Wikipedia Catalina? If so, then that car has been modified...or were those Rally wheels ever offered with the 5-on-5 bolt pattern?

As for length, a Star Chief/Bonneville is longer than a Catalina...3" more wheelbase, and about 7-8" longer overall. However, all the length is in the back, so in that original picture, it wouldn't be noticeable.

I think Bryan125 is right though...even though it's blurry, it looks like it might say "Bonneville" in the grille. I tried zooming in on the pic, and while it was too blurry to read, it definitely looked longer than "Pontiac" which is what it would say on the front of a Star Chief or Catalina.

My guess is that's a Bonneville, merely by the length of the nameplate in the grille. It's awfully fuzzy, but the Catalina and Star Chief had script nameplates at the front of the front fenders, but the Bonneville had what I call the 'spaceship' emblem they put on Bonnevilles for a number of years. I'd guess (only that) that it has the Bonneville emblem instead of nameplate on the front fender, too.
