I told them on the dealer that my credit score is 738, but the dealer told me that I am not qualify for tier one to get the 0.00010 MF (I didn't run any credit application with them yet), do you know what is the credit score that I need to have to be on tier one because they just told me with that score I not qualify

I don't have the exact numbers for Chrysler Capital, but 738 ought to be tier 1.

It's possible that the dealer is using an 'auto enhanced' credit score, which could be lower than the traditional FICO score as it puts more weight on auto loan or lease history.
