I am negotiating a lease on a 2016 911 Turbo, 14 miles, MSRP $163,000, $5,000 discount, with 24m resid 63.0, 36m resid 56.0 42m resid 50.0. Are these good residuals for this car? The money factor is not stated. Thanks!

The residuals are not negotiable so they are what they are---take it or leave it.

We'll try to hustle up the MF for you, so you can see if the dealer has added to it.

    What payment were you offered?

    How many miles per year?

    How much down?

Sadly, we haven't seen any lease numbers from Porsche for over a year.

However, the base MF used for many models is .00200 - at least, it was the last time we saw any numbers.
