No idea if FMC offers tax credits on leases in Texas.

How does the $2700 due at signing break down?

@Michaell they have 51,210 for net cap. the $2700 is taxes, fees + 1st payment.

That takes the payment to $658/mo.

If you are paying all the taxes and fees up front, why is the net cap so much higher than the selling price? What's being added in?

For some odd reason, Ford uses an APR for their lease calculations. Divide by 2400 to get the true MF as a decimal.

I am getting a 2016 Explorer Sports with 401a package and twin panel moon roof and captains seat in the middle row with MSRP of 52k for 44500 plus all the other charges ... Out the door for 46.5k. Is this a good deal? I am leaning towards finance but thought I will check with the experts here.
