I'm placing a refundable security deposit down ($3500)
Drive off $2500 + security deposit

Is this fair?

.00104 is the base rate, without a security deposit. Are you getting a discount from that rate for the large deposit?

If the selling price was the net CAP cost, the payment should be $594.mo.+tax, with an MF of .00104

Thank you for your response! Yes you are right the deposit will be worked into a discount rate. I did not include the discounted rate- sorry. So if the residual given to me is 65%... is that good?

I forgot to state that $594+ tax is $647 in Los Angeles. So the price being to me is fair. Thanks

If it's 65%, it can't be for 36 months.

Please provide most recent money factor and residuals for 2016 GLE 400 and GLE 350 at 36 mo and 15k.
I am also interested in the money factor for both if you do the single pay option at 36/15.

GLE 400: Standard MF and 53% residual
GLE 350: .00104 MF and 54% residual.

We've heard that discount for one-pay lease is .00100, but don't have any evidence.
