Leasing a Grand Cherokee Limited 75th Anniversary

Hello guys,

I searched for this topic but couldn't find one open. I'm interested on leasing this vehicle and this is my first time leasing (currently own). As you may expect, I feel totally not confident at negotiating what would be a fair deal. My question is, do you have the numbers for this particular trim? RV, MF, etc...

Also, if you can, feel free to chime in and say what would be a "good" deal in terms of monthly payments for a 12K/year, 2K down payment lease.

TYIA.

36/12 lease numbers for the Limited 75th Anniversary are .00068 and 53%.

Can't figure a payment unless we know the MSRP and adjusted cap cost.

I get $560/mo with those numbers, assuming that $42K is the cap cost, and the $2K up front covers the fees and taxes.

I got a new deal for the same Grand Cherokee Ltd. 75th Anniversary but with the Luxury Package added (that's an additional $2100). Sticker price is 46K, down to 41K with incentives and dealer discount; 5K down, 12K miles/year, 39 mo., $490/month. Is that a good deal?

    Thank you again.

    Does the $490/mo include tax?

What is the complete breakdown of the $5K due at signing?

Yes, it includes taxes and all inception fees. Unfortunately I don't have a breakdown of how the 5K will be distributed.

Update: the dealer knocked it down to $477/mo., same terms but he says it's just for today (I know it's just putting pressure on me so I sign but I won't until I'm sure it's a good deal).

    As always, appreciate your help.

If it still requires the $5K at signing, we'd need to know how that breaks down before we can tell you if it's a good deal or not.
