The photo was taken in August of 1964. Anyone have any thoughts on year, make, model of these two classics?

Thanks...

The car on the right is definitely a 1958 Buick Special.

The white car is harder. it's a mid-sixties Mopar, probably a Dodge or Plymouth mid size ca. 1964-65.
Polara, Lance, Belvedere, Satellite...I'm not good on those

Looks like a '63 Dodge Dart, maybe a GT.

LOL. Next what's the car seen above the tailfin of the red Buick?
Are the windshield profile and side windows enough to ID it?

I believe the GT was only offered as a hardtop or convertible. So that Dart is either a 170 or 270. The dog-dish hubcaps would lead me to believe it's a 170, but the side molding makes me think of a 270.

That's definitely not a GT; not in a two-door sedan bodystyle. And with that side molding and the bright trim around the side windows, that's a Dart 270. I could tell the year more by seeing the front wheel opening. With that side trim located about halfways down, my educated guess is that it's a '66.

EDIT: I now saw the comment about the photo being taken in August '64. That's a '63 Dart 270 then. The '64's side molding was higher on the car.

The car above the Buick fin makes me think Buick Special/Chevy II etc convertible

Yeah, I thought maybe that "post" was just the two window trims meeting, but now that I look more closely, definitely not a GT.
