1.00% APR and 57%/55% residual for 36 months.

We don't have incentive or plan eligibility info for Lincoln.

Hello kyfdx, yes i agree it doesn't add up.  And I'm required to bring the first month's payment of $432.10. Other than section 4 not adding up, does everything else add up correctly?? And do you know how to calculate apr to mf??

Yes, it adds up.

1.50 / 2400 = .00063 MF approximately.

Happy belated thanksgiving guys!! I leased the 2017 MKC AWD Reserve trim.  Here are the final numbers:

MSRP-$44,200
Adjusted cap cost-$39,920.64
Residual value-$24,321 (36/15k)
Rebates-$3,450
Monthly payment-$434 (after adding Tire & wheel package and the Wear care package,  $473)
Due at signing-$450 (first month's payment)

The first deal feel through because the dealership changed the price at the last minute on a 2017 MKC AWD Select trim with a sunroof. We shook hands on $410/ month with $410 due at signing for 36/15k. Allegedly, the sales manager thought the deal was at 36/12k. So then they wanted me to pay $432 per month to make up for the difference in their mistake. I refused and ended up with a better car for a similar price by going to a different dealership ??

Also, I'm surprised the 48-mo lease payments seem to come in within a few $ of the the 36-mo. Given Lincoln's 4-yr/50k warranty,  I'm very tempted to go the 48-mo route.  Are there any other obvious pitfalls I might be overlooking with a longer term lease?

39/15 - 1.25% and 53%
48/15 - 2.25% and 48%

Longer leases usually means you'll be on the hook for consumable items like tires and brakes.

Being under warranty for a majority of your lease would be a plus (if you go 48/15, that's 60K total miles)

Your residuals are correct.

1.25% APR for 39 months
2.25% APR for 48 months.

Longer leases make it more likely you'll need tires, brakes, etc, etc.. If you were already planning on having to replace those in 39 months, then 48 months probably won't add much in the way of costs.

A 48/15 lease is 60K miles, though. You'll be out of warranty for the last 8 months.

Thank you so much for the insight. I didn't make the deal in Dec - had to extend my current lease a month due to some unrelated matters that came up.

Fortunately "my" MKC is still on the lot and the advertised price on their website dropped by almost $4000! (No detail yet on which incentives are included in that price, but there's got to be room for good news in there!). Have the Jan residual/interest figures changed for the 2017 Reserve FWD ? I'm looking at 36/15 and 39/15.

39/15: 0.50% APR and 51% residual

Based on costco auto it seems that the 2017 MKC has $1,500 customer cash and $5k in dealer cash. Should make for a good lease if the MF and residual are good.
Which term has the best numbers? Can you provide me with the 24 and 36 months with 12k miles. Thank you
